In "4 Corners," life is seen as being on a threshold of possibility . . .
Movement explores time/space widening and closing,
slowing and quickening, within the four corners of the earth.
Stokes leans inot the liminal, pulling back from tangibility to
embrace uncertainty, transition, and spaciousness.
Continuous & changing.
Poised on a threshold
In between
A thread in time.
Groundless
Planet earth.
Rocks, rivers, prairies,
People.
